A quick four moves to practice outside: Swizzle, alternating swizzle, then getting lower with alternating swizzles. Then marching (lifting your knee with the skate staying in front of your support leg). All very basic moves but all great for learning balance & power.
Next: A full body workout with Inline Warehouse. This video offers just a few pre/post skate exercises you can do with your skates on. Theoretically it would have been easier if she had wrist and knee guards on, not for safety but because she is on the ground.
